Sync Issues

Data isn't syncing

  1. Check if recent activities exist in Intervals.icu
  2. Verify connection status in Settings → Integrations
  3. Try the "Reconnect" button
  4. Wait 5-10 minutes and check again

Activities are missing

  • Check if the activity shows in Intervals.icu
  • Verify Strava/Garmin → Intervals.icu sync status
  • Manual sync: Click "Refresh" in Intervals.icu

Feedback Issues

Feedback seems off

  • Verify your Time Zone setting is correct
  • Check that Injury/Sick status is accurate
  • At least 2 weeks of data is needed for accuracy

Didn't receive feedback

  • Check notification settings (Settings → Notifications)
  • Verify app notification permissions are enabled
  • Check Daily Feedback Time setting

Account Issues

Can't log in

  • Try password reset
  • If using social login, verify that account status

Want to delete my data

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to remove all your data. This action cannot be undone.
