Profile
- Primary Sport: Main sport (running, cycling, swimming)
- Time Zone: Used for feedback time calculations
- Units: km/mi, kg/lb unit preferences
Goals
- Goal Race: Target race (date + distance)
- Goal Time: Target finish time (optional)
- Previous PB: Past personal best (optional)
Setting a goal race adjusts your feedback to align with race preparation.
Training Preferences
- Quality Days: Preferred days for high-intensity training
- Long Run Day: Preferred day for long runs
- Rest Days: Complete rest days
Health Status
- Injury: Turn ON when injured
