Profile

  • Primary Sport: Main sport (running, cycling, swimming)
  • Time Zone: Used for feedback time calculations
  • Units: km/mi, kg/lb unit preferences

Goals

  • Goal Race: Target race (date + distance)
  • Goal Time: Target finish time (optional)
  • Previous PB: Past personal best (optional)

Setting a goal race adjusts your feedback to align with race preparation.

Training Preferences

  • Quality Days: Preferred days for high-intensity training
  • Long Run Day: Preferred day for long runs
  • Rest Days: Complete rest days

Health Status

  • Injury: Turn ON when injured
  • Sick: Turn ON when sick
