General
Is ONWRD free?
Basic features are free to use. Advanced analytics and additional features are available on the Pro plan.
What sports are supported?
Currently running, cycling, and swimming are supported. Multisport (triathlon) is also available.
Can I just use Strava?
Yes, but you need to connect through Intervals.icu. Link Strava to Intervals.icu and it will sync automatically.
Data
What data is required?
Minimum requirements:
- At least 2 weeks of activity data
- Heart rate data (improves accuracy)
Additionally useful: HRV, sleep data, weight
Is my data secure?
All data is stored encrypted. We don't share with third parties, and you can request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How often does data sync?
Data syncs automatically when new activities are detected in Intervals.icu. Usually reflects within 15-30 minutes after activity completion.
Feedback
When do I receive feedback?
Daily at the time you set in Settings. Default is 7:00 AM.
Can I ignore the feedback?
Absolutely! ONWRD provides guidelines only. Adjust based on your body and your plans.
What if feedback differs from my coach's advice?
Follow your coach's advice first. ONWRD is a data-based reference. Sharing ONWRD feedback with your coach can enable better conversations.
Technical
Does it work offline?
You can view your last received feedback offline. Internet connection is required for new feedback.
Is there an Apple Watch / Garmin Watch app?
Currently only mobile app is available. Watch apps are planned for future release.
